Lettings Agent/Local Property Expert - Manchester City Centre

Lettings Agent/Local Property Expert at The Property Hub

Are you ready to start probably one of the best jobs in the property industry?

We’re looking for someone who’s worked in estate agency and has lettings experience. Someone who is boundlessly energetic and a natural people-person, driven to succeed in everything they do. Someone who is hungry for a role in the lettings industry where you have autonomy, uncapped earnings potential and unmatched opportunities for personal growth.

Sound like you? We should talk. Because this might just be your dream job at The Property Hub.

We provide free property education to thousands of property investors every year. Our podcast has over 150,000 monthly listeners and has cemented itself as the UK’s most popular business podcast. There are also over 30,000 active members within our online community.

We’re also publishers of a quarterly magazine, have written a number of best-selling books, and hold more than 35 free events across the country every single month.

Yellow Lettings, as part of The Property Hub, offers a full lettings and property management service across major cities within the UK. We’ve doubled our lettings stock every year since we started in 2013, and our focus for 2019 is rapidly expanding across the North West.

As well as a national lettings agency, our group of companies spans across investment, tax and property development.

With all this just being the start of our ambitious plans, it’s quite possible that we’re the most exciting UK property company to work for right now.

You will be joining a high achieving team of enthusiastic, ambitious, supportive property professionals with big plans on the horizon! We pride ourselves on our outstanding processes, vibrant company culture, strong values and collaborative approach.

This is not a traditional lettings role. We’re not an “online agent”, but we don’t have branches. When you’re not out on appointments, you’ll be based out of our office in Manchester.

You’ll spend the majority of your time doing what you’re best at:

  • Meeting potential landlord clients to generate new business

  • Talking to applicants

  • Showing properties

  • Undertaking mid-term inspections

  • Carrying out check-ins and check-outs

  • Carrying out general property visits

  • Keeping up-to-date with administration

While it’s still imperative to be highly organised, our central national team will take care of more of the administrative duties than is typical for this role.

You’ll have a proven track record of over-achievement: meeting targets, generating new business and in speaking with landlords.

You will be determined to get the deal done, and apply creativity and tenacity to working through the inevitable obstacles. Additionally you will be keen to be at the forefront of our plans for major expansion in London.

You’ll be able to work without direction whilst being timely and organised. Even when you’re spending all day running around the city, you’ll never lose focus on the most important tasks to be working on.

If this sounds like your dream job and you meet all the requirements we’re looking for (and more), we want to hear from you.
