We’re looking for a stand-out Administrative Assistant to join our amazing team. Our people are our biggest asset, so we’re looking for a true “people person” who will support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.  


We’re a fast growing, dynamic group of property related businesses (spanning construction, sourcing, management, tax advice and finance). We provide free property education to hundreds of thousands of property investors every year. Our podcast has over 150,000 monthly listeners and has cemented itself as the UK’s most popular business podcast. There are also over 30,000 active members on our online community.

If that wasn’t enough, we’re also publishers of a quarterly magazine, have written a number of best-selling books, and hold free events across the country every single month.

We’re also regularly featured in the national press.

You’ll be based at our pretty epic office in Manchester city centre, just a 3-minute walk from Piccadilly train station, and join a high achieving team of enthusiastic, ambitious and supportive property professionals.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your duties will include providing support to our managers and employees (some of whom work remotely), assisting in daily office needs and managing general administrative activities.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls

  • Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments. Booking conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.  

  • Producing and distributing correspondence by email and letter

  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

  • Developing and maintaining a digital filing system

  • Ordering and receiving office supplies

  • Submitting and reconciling invoices, expense reports and petty cash

  • Greeting, assisting and providing general support to visitors

  • Researching and creating presentations

  • Handling multiple projects

  • Ensuring all equipment is in working order and arranging repairs where necessary

  • Attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications to support continual development

  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning etc.

  • Developing and updating administrative systems to make them more efficient

  • Resolving administrative problems

  • Managing staff appointments



A self-motivated person who works well independently is at the top of our list, along with a positive attitude which is in-line with our values here at The Property Hub.


You’ll be able to prioritise your workload and have excellent attention to detail. You will also be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material, therefore maintaining confidentiality is an absolute must.


You will ensure that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.  You will have good judgement to plan and accomplish goals and you will have a wide degree of creativity whilst tackling tasks and projects.

Basis: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: £18,000- £20,000 dependent on experience
