You’ll be based at our London office and join a high achieving team of enthusiastic, ambitious and supportive property professionals. Our team have already built an impressive portfolio of high value clients and have BIG plans on the horizon! WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

 

You’ll introduce clients to the company, educate them, and build a solid strategy around their individual needs. You’ll then introduce them to fantastic investments to match. You will be an ardent advisor, a top-notch mentor and a trusted first point of contact for all things property. This role is integral to the company’s growth strategy and revenue generation objectives. 

Your duties and responsibilities may vary and include:

  • Guiding your clients through The Property Hub process by educating and building a solid strategy around the clients individual needs

  • Introducing and advising clients on all fantastic investment opportunities

  • Acting as a mentor and a trusted first point of contact on all things property

  • Developing long term property goals and strategy

  • Meeting regularly with your clients to review both strategy and property purchases

  • Supporting your clients’ investment decisions when they consider investing in The property Hub opportunities

  • Being a champion for your clients

  • Communicating the business strategy when establishing client goals and creating their plan

  • Actively listening & understanding the impact personal style has on others

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You’ll have an unquestionable passion for property and be a skilled, agile communicator who is able to communicate our business strategy while helping clients create a structured plan that will lead to success. 

We’re looking for an energetic and creative individual with a positive “can-do” attitude and natural charisma to instill confidence in your clients. 

The successful person will have an ability to quickly and easily build rapport through actively listening and understanding. You’ll be able to build trust with your clients so they have the confidence in you and in us as a business, and you’ll possess the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations. 

Experience of working as an IFA or mortgage broker would be beneficial.

Basis: Full Time - Permanent

Salary: £40,000 per annum (OTE up to £90,000)
